BJ Creation Donates Face Masks to Ministry of Trade to Support Frontline Workers

SheTrades Gambia the project that aims to increase Gambian women entrepreneurs’ participation in trade by facilitating the development of a supportive business ecosystem improving their competitiveness and strengthening their market linkages in strategic and potential productive sectors on Tuesday 12th May, 2020 receive donated face masks from BJ Creation as part of its contribution to the SheTrade with the view to support frontline workers amid Covid-19 pandemic.

Speaking at the presentation, Mr Abdoulie Jammeh, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Trade and Regional Integration at the ministry of trade said on behalf of the PS, “I appreciate BJ Creation for the gesture and initiative, noting that the donated materials will be distributed to the frontline workers in order to support the national endeavor to curb the covid-19 pandemic”.

He said the donated items from BJ Creation Is part of their contribution to the SheTrade in order to support the frontline workers with face masks.

BJ creation is a tailoring and small scale manufacturing companies that sews enticing outfits for both official and casual wear. The production process is fast and the services are excellent, affordable and neat. BJ creation also has a social mission of training aspiring youth especially girl into tailoring, design and manufacturing.
